Our Cultured Butter is made from organic cream sourced from organic family farms in. The cream is cultured in small batches before being slowly churned to achieve an 84% butterfat. The resulting european style butter is slightly nutty and tangy, while the culture enhances the sweet cream's natural sweetness. Cultured Butter has a higher acidity and lends itself well to baking, creating tender doughs. Ingredients are solely organic sweet cream and culture. Our Cultured Butter is best used a year from its use-by date if frozen, and within 4 weeks once moved to refrigeration. Unsalted.
