Our Cultured Butter is made from organic cream sourced from organic family farms in Upstate NY. The cream is cultured in small batches before being slowly churned to achieve an 84% butterfat. The resulting european style butter is slightly nutty and tangy, while the culture enhances the sweet cream's natural sweetness. Cultured Butter has a higher acidity and lends itself well to baking, creating tender doughs. Ingredients are solely organic sweet cream and culture. Our Cultured Butter is best used a year from its use-by date if frozen, and within 4 weeks once moved to refrigeration.
