Part -Time/Full-Time Position
There are only a handful of us working our butts off to produce the best in pasture based dairy products, and we need your help! If you are energetic, reliable, articulate and passionate about Good Food we want you to join our team. We are looking for part time or full time staff to help us package and market our products. We are a young but growing company in need of dynamic individuals who are capable of working both independently and as a team on a variety of tasks and are able to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Tasks Include:
Handling, packaging and wrapping fresh butter, disassembling, washing and reassembling packaging equipment, order fulfillment, and assisting with inventory logs. We work within multiple facilities in Canastota and Norwich and have to ensure our workspace is cleaner than when we arrived. We manage inventory from multiple locations and have to be efficient and detailed. Positive attitudes and a good sense of humor are appreciated.
There is physicality to the job; applicants must be able to regularly lift up to 50lbs, stand for several hours at a time and squat and bend.
Applicant must have their own transportation.
When: Tuesday-Saturday. Production days start at 6am.
Compensation is dependent on experience. Mileage reimbursement covered for some travel.
